AMS Foundation respects the privacy rights of students, parents, educators, and partners. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have several privacy rights. For minors, requests must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

FERPA Considerations
For participating schools in the United States, student data may be protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). AMS Foundation works with schools to support compliance with applicable student privacy laws.
